Fish Bone And Snapper: The Paracord Companions
The Fish Bone is a neat little tool designed by Brent Garcia, a garage tinker/home metalsmith based in Las Vegas. It’s purpose is to allow for the use of paracord without the hassel of creating or untying knots. The Fish Bone uses friction and intuitive design to secure the paracord tightly without any risk of creating colateral knot damage.
Along with the Fish Bone, there is a slightly larger version called the Snapper, which doubles as a bottle opener. This is a pretty cool add-on that would be sure to come in handy in many situations.
Currently, these two products are in need of funding to get under development. If you’d like to help the Fish Bone and Snapper come to market, you can head over to their Kickstarter page and pledge some cash to help out and even get some rewards out of it.
The video below explains a little more about the Fish Bone and displays how it works.

Great little tool. Thanks for the recommendation.
I can see I need to purchase one for use with our paracord 550.

That would serve as a great tool to use with your paracord!
